A Chicago native, Nallely takes great pride in being homegrown. She is the first in her family to attend college and received her MBA while building her career. She has worked as a mentor and leader with politicians, CEOs, and emerging leaders. She also creates team-building and goal-based workshops to help build cohesive teams and unite people.

She has received accolades for her leadership within sales and has spoken at industry events. Her greatest reward is seeing those with whom she partners to reach their goals and feel fulfilled and satisfied.

Being a proud Latina shaped Nallely throughout her career; it allowed her to advocate for her community and create partnerships with major consumer goods companies. This also shaped her approach to sales by understanding the community's needs and being able to deliver against those needs. Nallely’s professional experience has been continuous exploration, resilience, and determination. She spends time with her husband and two boys who love playing fútbol and watching superhero movies when she's not coaching.
